We are committed to reducing our carbon footprint
What have we done?
As an IT company, we know our operations can have a significant impact on our planet. That's why since 2019, we have been taking steps to reduce our carbon footprint significantly.

Cyber Essentials
At Tenacity we know how important it is for your staff to be answered by a real person, who can help them as soon as possible. 90 percent of inbound calls are answered within 3 minutes, and over 75 percent of all issues (tickets) are completely resolved within 4 hours.

Using Electric cars
We have three Teslas, a fully electric Jaguar and a hybrid car. We are able to use these cars whenever we travel around the country, which reduces our environmental impact. If one of our cars travels on average 40,000 miles a year which if using petrol would generate over 12 tonnes of Co2, but in an electric car equals 3.84 tonnes of Co2.

Recycling old equipment
Multiple times a year we recycle all our hardware; PCs, servers, telephones and parts. This hardware is then sent off to a sorting plant, where parts will be upcycled and used in other other products or broken down and used as materials.

Making cuts were possible
All our equipment is low power so we can reduce the amount of power we consume as a company. We also make an effort to ensure we are only using hot water, electric and heating we need. When possible, our audits are also done remotely through Teams.
