Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 24 hours in advance on info@tenacity.co.uk If a remote audit is required, we use a remote access tool called GoToAssist to connect to your computers. The connection is secure and once ended, cannot be re-established by us. We do not collect any data from your computers other than is required for the audit such as hardware specifications, network performance indicators, backup statuses etc. You will need administrator credentials for your domain or server and ideally any other network equipment.
