Bring Your Own Device
Working from home of course means that employees will often be using their own PCs and laptops. This comes with increased risks as often these devices will be used by more than one user, for a wide variety of uses outside of the business network. Our BYOD policies and monitoring will ensure that these devices are not compromised or incorrectly used, and can optionally install productivity monitoring software.
IT Helpdesk
All employees, wherever they are will have access to our Sheffield IT Helpdesk who are able to provide support from 7am-6pm Monday to Friday, with emergency 24/7 support always available.
