What has been the highlight during your time at Tenacity?
Working hard trying to support, inspire, and lead the various teams, writing content, training, talking to customers and suppliers.
What’s the best thing about working at Tenacity?
The team.
What has been the hardest thing to learn in your role?
Managing people is both the hardest thing and the most rewarding.
What do you like about working in Sheffield and Hathersage?
Our Tinsley office feels very industrious, whilst our Hathersage office is beautiful, and great for meetings and creative thinking.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
Read, write, go away in the campervan.
What's the most exciting technology you work with?
Having a software developer is amazing - like having your own wizard.
What's the funniest query/problem you have had on the helpdesk?
Talking to someone with a zebra printer whose printer was generating reams and reams of endless printout and she was in stitches about it as it filled the reception area with labels.
What's the hardest problem you have had to work on?
Technical problems are rarely insurmountable; staff ones sometimes are.
What's the longest night you have ever worked and why?
I can't work too late at night, too old for that.
